Rhododendron is a large genus of many shrubs and trees from the Ericaceae family. Most species have bright flowers and are native to Asia, Europe or North America. Rhododendron can be evergreen or deciduous and come in a variety of leaf shapes. One important subgrenre of Rhododendron are azaleas.
